I. Global Shipping Scope and Service Commitments

Codylink's shipping service covers most countries and regions around the world (the specific deliverable scope can be checked and confirmed by selecting the delivery address when placing an order on the official website). Whether you are in Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania, or Africa, as long as your region is within our delivery scope, you can enjoy our global shipping service. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with a number of well-known international logistics service providers to ensure that packages are properly handled during transportation, transportation time is shortened as much as possible, and you can receive the ordered apparel products as soon as possible.

We promise that after you complete the order payment and the order is approved, we will finish the stock preparation and arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days (except for special circumstances such as holidays and temporary out-of-stock of products; in case of such circumstances, we will inform you of the expected shipment time in advance via email). After the shipment is dispatched, we will immediately send you the logistics tracking number and logistics inquiry link via email (sent to the email address you filled in when placing the order). You can track the transportation progress of the package in real time through this link and learn about the current location of the package, the estimated delivery time, and other information.
II. Shipping Methods and Fee Rules
(I) Standard Shipping

Applicable Order Scope: All orders with an order amount (calculating only the product amount, excluding additional fees such as customs duties and value-added taxes that may be charged by the destination customs) ranging from 0 to 140 $ dollars (including 140 $ dollars) will adopt Standard Shipping by default.
  1. Shipping Fee Standard: A uniform shipping fee of 8 $ dollars is charged for orders choosing Standard Shipping. This fee includes basic logistics service fees, international transportation fees, etc., and no additional shipping-related fees will be charged.
  1. Shipping Time: The time for Standard Shipping varies depending on the destination country or region. Generally, the shipping time to neighboring countries and regions (such as Japan, South Korea, and some Southeast Asian countries) is 7-15 working days; the shipping time to distant regions such as Europe, America, and Australia is 15-30 working days; the shipping time to some remote regions in Africa and South America may be extended to 30-45 working days. The shipping time will be affected by factors such as the customs clearance speed of the destination, local logistics and distribution efficiency, and force majeure such as weather. Precautions: For packages using Standard Shipping, if the logistics information is not updated for a long time (exceeding the normal shipping time of the corresponding region by 5 working days), the package is lost, or damaged during transportation, you can submit feedback to customer@codylink.com via email. The email must include the order number, logistics tracking number, description of the abnormal situation, and relevant screenshots. We will contact the logistics partner to verify the situation within 2 working days and provide you with a solution (such as reissuing the product, assisting in claiming compensation, etc.) based on the verification result.
(II) Free Shipping
  1. Applicable Order Scope: Orders with an order amount (calculating only the product amount, excluding additional fees such as customs duties and value-added taxes that may be charged by the destination customs) exceeding 140 $ dollars  are eligible for Free Shipping service automatically. No additional application is required, and the system will automatically waive all shipping fees during the order checkout process.
  1. Service and Shipping Time: Free Shipping uses the same logistics service providers and package processing procedures as Standard Shipping, and the shipping time also follows the standard shipping time of the corresponding destination country or region (i.e., 7-15 working days for neighboring countries and regions, 15-30 working days for distant regions such as Europe, America, and Australia, and 30-45 working days for some remote regions in Africa and South America). This ensures that you can still enjoy stable shipping services while benefiting from Free Shipping.
  1. Order Splitting Instructions: If you submit multiple orders at the same time, only a single order with an amount exceeding 140 $ dollars is eligible for Free Shipping. The amounts of multiple orders will not be combined. If you want to combine orders to meet the Free Shipping condition, you can consult by phone (+86-13009657817) before placing the order to see if we can assist in processing. We will provide corresponding suggestions based on the order status (unpaid, unshipped).
  1. After-Sales Related: For orders enjoying Free Shipping, if you need to apply for a return later due to personal reasons or product issues, and the remaining order amount after return is less than 140 $ dollars, we will not retroactively charge the shipping fee that was originally waived; if the entire order is returned, the refund amount will be the full amount of the product you actually paid, without deducting any shipping-related fees.
III. Shipping-Related Precautions

Requirements for Delivery Address: To ensure that the package can be delivered accurately, please carefully fill in a complete and correct delivery address when placing an order, including the street name, house number, city, postcode, country/region, and contact phone number (it is recommended to fill in a frequently used phone number to facilitate the logistics service provider to contact you during delivery). If the package is returned, lost, or delayed due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or no one to sign for it, you shall bear the relevant losses and the secondary shipping fees incurred subsequently. If you find that the delivery address is incorrect after placing the order and the order has not been shipped, you can apply for modification by providing the order number and the correct address via email (customer@codylink.com), and we will feedback the modification result within 1 working day; if the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified, and you need to contact the logistics service provider to negotiate a solution by yourself.

Customs and Tax Instructions: Codylink's shipping fees do not include additional fees such as customs duties, value-added taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be charged by the customs of the destination country or region. Such fees shall be borne by you in accordance with the local customs regulations. Customs policies and tax standards vary in different countries and regions. We will provide you with reference information on local customs policies, but the specific tax amount shall be subject to the actual collection by the local customs.
  1. Package Signing and Inspection: Please ask yourself or the designated recipient to check the appearance of the package for damage or signs of opening on the spot when signing for it. If you find that the package is damaged, the product is missing, or damaged, do not sign for it. Immediately inform us via email (customer@codylink.com) and take photos of the damaged package and the logistics waybill as evidence. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics service provider regarding claims; if you have signed for the package and later find product issues, you shall bear the burden of proof. We will provide after-sales support based on the product issues, but will not bear logistics-related losses where the responsibility cannot be confirmed after signing.
IV. Handling and Consultation of Shipping Issues

If you find that the package is in a state such as "customs clearance delay" or "delivery failure" when tracking the logistics information and cannot obtain a solution through the logistics inquiry link, you can provide the order number, logistics tracking number, and specific problems via email (customer@codylink.com). We will communicate with the logistics partner and the local customs clearance agent within 2 working days to assist you in solving the problem, such as providing guidance on supplementary materials required for customs clearance and contacting the delivery party to rearrange delivery.
