To protect the legitimate rights and interests of every consumer and ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have formulated the following detailed and fair return policy based on our actual business operations. If you need to return a product after purchase, please carefully read this policy and follow the specified procedures to handle the return.
I. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
  1. Consumers must submit a return application within 7 days of receiving the Codylink apparel product (based on the courier receipt time). Return requests exceeding this 7-day period will no longer be accepted.
  1. The product applied for return must be in a brand-new, unused condition. The apparel surface must be free of stains, damage, and wear marks, and labels such as hang tags and care labels must remain intact without being removed or altered. If the product is damaged, stained, or has missing labels due to the consumer's own reasons, it will not meet the return criteria and cannot be returned.
  1. The returned product must be consistent with the product purchased, including style, color, size, and accessories. There shall be no cases of incorrect shipment, missing accessories, or product replacement. If a consumer mistakenly applies for a return of a non-Codylink brand product or other products not purchased this time, we have the right to refuse the return and send the product back, with the relevant shipping costs borne by the consumer.
II. Return Application Process
  1. Consumers who meet the return criteria can submit a return application by sending an email to Codylink's official email address (customer@codylink.com). The email content must include the order number, purchase date, name and model of the returned product, reason for return, consumer's name, contact phone number (it is recommended to fill in +86-13009657817 for timely communication; if this number is unavailable, you can also fill in your commonly used valid phone number), and delivery address. Ensure the information is accurate and complete to facilitate our quick verification of the order status.

After receiving the return application email, the staff of Yichun Kuobin E-commerce Co., Ltd. will review it within 2 working days, and the review result will be fed back to the consumer via email. If the review is approved, the subsequent return operation steps and precautions will be informed in the email; if the review is not approved, the specific reason for the rejection will be explained in detail, and the consumer can supplement relevant materials or adjust the application content according to the feedback (if eligible for reapplication after adjustment).

After receiving the approval notice, the consumer must properly package the returned product within 3 days in accordance with the requirements stated in the email, choose an appropriate courier method (ordinary surface mail is not accepted), and send it back to the designated return address. When sending the package, please enclose a note inside the courier package, indicating the order number, consumer's name, and contact phone number to facilitate quick information verification after we receive the product.
III. Requirements for Returning Products
  1. When returning the product, the consumer shall bear the courier shipping cost by themselves. Before sending the product, the consumer must properly package it, either using the original packaging (if it is intact) or other suitable packaging materials to avoid damage to the product during transportation due to improper packaging. If the product is damaged during the return shipping due to packaging issues, we have the right to refuse the return, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the consumer.

This allows us to track the logistics information in real time, monitor the product transportation status, and avoid product loss or delayed processing caused by missing logistics information. If the consumer fails to provide the courier tracking number in a timely manner, resulting in our inability to track the logistics and further affecting the return progress, the responsibility shall be borne by the consumer.
IV. Return Review and Processing Timeframe

After receiving the returned product sent by the consumer, we will conduct an unpacking inspection of the product within 3 working days to check whether it meets the return criteria, including the product status, integrity of labels, and consistency with the order. During the inspection, if it is found that the product does not meet the return criteria, we will inform the consumer of the specific situation via email or phone call (we will first call the contact phone number provided in your return application; if it cannot be connected, we will inform you via email), and send the product back to the consumer, with the relevant shipping costs borne by the consumer.

V. Explanation of Special Cases

For returns caused by quality issues of Codylink brand products (such as fabric damage, loose stitching, significant inconsistency between the size and the marked size, and other issues not caused by improper use by the consumer), the consumer can not only apply for a full refund but also have the courier shipping cost for returning the product borne by Yichun Kuobin E-commerce Co., Ltd. When applying for a return, the consumer must elaborate on the product quality issue in the email and attach clear photos or videos of the product problem. After the staff reviews and confirms that it is a quality issue, the method for reimbursing the shipping cost will be informed, and the consumer must keep the courier shipping cost receipt for subsequent reimbursement.

For customized apparel products (such as Codylink apparel specially customized according to the consumer's own size and style requirements), due to the uniqueness of the product and the fact that it is made according to the consumer's personal needs, return applications are generally not accepted except for cases involving product quality issues. Consumers are requested to carefully confirm the relevant information before purchasing customized products to avoid unnecessary disputes.

If a consumer engages in malicious returns, fraudulent return applications (such as intentionally damaging the product before applying for a return, fabricating product problems, etc.), or frequent unreasonable returns during the return process, Yichun Kuobin E-commerce Co., Ltd. has the right to refuse their subsequent return applications, add the consumer to Codylink's brand consumption blacklist, and no longer provide product sales and related services to them.
