Therefore, in line with the payment habits of global consumers, we only provide two safe and reliable payment methods: PayPal and credit card (UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay and other payment channels are not supported), to ensure that you can complete the transaction with peace of mind during the purchase process. After verifying that the order amount is correct, select the bound bank card or PayPal balance to complete the payment. If you pay with a non-RMB currency, the system will automatically complete the currency conversion according to the real-time exchange rate (the exchange rate is subject to the display on the PayPal platform), meeting your cross-border payment needs.
- Problem Handling: If you encounter problems such as payment failure, page freezing, or the order not showing successful payment after deduction when redirecting to the PayPal platform, you can first log in to your PayPal account to check the transaction records and confirm whether the payment has been deducted. If the payment has been deducted but the Codylink order still shows "Pending Payment", please send your Codylink order number, PayPal transaction number, payment time and relevant screenshots to customer@codylink.com via email. We will verify the situation with the PayPal platform within 1 working day and update the order status for you; if the payment fails and no deduction is made, you can check the network connection and try to pay again, or call our contact number +86-13009657817 to inquire about possible reasons for the failure (such as account permissions, payment limits, etc.).
II. Credit Card Payment
- Supported Card Types and Payment Process: Codylink supports international credit cards issued by major banks around the world, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (UnionPay credit cards are not supported). After selecting "Credit Card Payment" on the order checkout page, you need to fill in the credit card number, cardholder name (must be consistent with the name on the front of the credit card), validity period, security code (the 3 or 4-digit number behind the signature strip on the back of the credit card) and other information according to the on-screen prompts. After confirming that the information is correct, click "Confirm Payment". After successful payment, you will immediately see a successful payment prompt on the page. At the same time, we will send you an order confirmation message via email.
- Security Guarantee: To ensure the security of your credit card payment, Codylink uses encrypted transmission technology to process the credit card information you fill in. All information is only used to complete the payment of this order and will not be stored or used for other purposes. At the same time, some banks will activate transaction SMS verification or dynamic password verification services for credit cards. When you make a payment, the bank will send a verification code to your reserved mobile phone number, and you need to enter the correct verification code to complete the payment, further enhancing payment security.

III. Payment-Related Instructions
- Order Amount and Payment Time Limit: The order amount is subject to the display on the Codylink official website. This amount includes product costs and basic shipping fees (if any), but does not include fees such as customs duties and value-added taxes that may be charged by the destination customs (you need to bear these related fees yourself). After all orders are submitted, it is recommended that you complete the payment within 24 hours. Orders that are not paid after the deadline will be automatically cancelled. If you still need to purchase the product, you need to place a new order.
- Refund Instructions: If you need to apply for a refund due to personal reasons or product issues (in line with Codylink's return policy), the refund will be returned to you through the original payment method. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account within 3-7 working days after we complete the processing; for orders paid via credit card, the refund arrival time depends on your credit card issuing bank, usually 7-15 working days. The refund amount is based on the actual amount you paid and does not include currency conversion fees incurred during the payment process (if any).
